hotel has a nice lobby and architecture with good service. but rooms are dirty and housekeeping is poor.just remember not to leave your stuff like cigarettes,dental floss,coins and etc. in the room because they get easily lost.my overall view about this hotel, i could say poor management .i never comeback again.

we have been in so many hotels and resorts in all over the world, and this last vacation in kremlin palace, was catastrofy and wasting of money and time. the food is awful and the service is very bad.Recomended for who wants to distroy his vacation.

I stayed at Wow Kremlin Palace in July, made our reservation through anrtalyaresorts.com (Thank you for all your help and arrangements) I loved the desing of the hotel and enjoyed my stay, definitely going back!
