I thoroughly enjoyed this holiday from start to finish, compared to previous holidays I have to say this was one of the best! The pool was fantastic- with around six large pools, the beach was beautiful and the peer was also fantastic too jump off! The Hotel was off a very high standard, hygienic and exteremly clean, this also is with the rooms- they were beauitful, the maids cleaned them exsepsionally well every day and couldn't fault them atall, and there attitude to ghests was lovely! The food was lovely, especially the free walls ice cream- which I ate with strawberries every night! (fresh cut fruit was there for ghests day and niight- gorgues) We went for 2 weeks, but because of the volcanic eruption in 2010 over April, we couldn't get a flight, so the hotel allowed us to have an extra 4 days which was fabulous, the hotel let us stay, no extra charge, and they handled it very well! The entertainment at night for the children was good, with a childrens club that I even enjoyed! When I first arrived, compared to our previous hotel, we thought it looked huge, but after maybe 2 days if even that we realised the size was fine, and was actually better than our previous hotel! I'm now home, after 3 days, and I wish I was back there with the company of friends and family, I will definitly be going back to the Baia Lara Hotel, Thankyou for your warm welcome! Oh and the slides are brillant!

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday at the Baia, well actually nearly 3 weeks due to the volcanic eruption. Wonderful holiday, staff are absolutely fantastic, they were very kind and helpful, and the best service we have ever had. We promised we would mention Onur Cun - waiter in the restaurant who really made our holiday in fact all the waiters were great. This is an excellent hotel with very good facilities and a high standard of service. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped - could not fault would definitely recommend, will be returning... Many thanks to the Baia chain.

What a great Hotel. From start to finish this was a lovely place to stay. The reception staff gave us a good welcome and our luggage was immediately delivered to our room. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, with a massive double bed and a wall mounted 32 inch television. The bathroom with bath,shower,w.c and wash basin plus bath robes,hairdryer and the biggest range of toiletries we have ever found in a hotel. There was shaving kit, tooth paste and toothbrushes,tissues and cotton wool.You could also leave your air conditioning on when you went out if you so wished.
We had a balcony with table and chairs and a drying rack for costumes etc.
The whole hotel was spotless.
The staff were all friendly and could not do enough for us.
Treat them with respect and they will return it tenfold. We did notice a lot of people treated them like servants,why I don't know, we all have to work for a living and it costs nothing to be pleasant. I must mention Mehmet in the restaurant who really made our holiday special.
The food was excellent and as a chef in the U.K I do know what I am talking about. The hygiene was excellent and we noticed temperatures of food be taken as well as samples being tested. Every chef was immaculate as was every member of staff.
At lunchtime you could eat either in the restaurant or at the various food stations near the
main pool. This was all freshly cooked and was available from 12 to 5p.m.
There was plenty of bars, one was open 24 hours.
All the swimming pools and terraces were spotless there was an abundance of sunbeds with a nice comfortable mattress and you got fresh towels every day from the pool guy. The beach area was very clean with plenty of sunbeds if you prefer the sea.
The entertainment team worked very hard and were very friendly but not pushy.
The evening shows were excellent and you could have a really good hour in the evening watching them then go to the sea lounge bar for live music and then on to the disco after.

For the British, just a small point, the £ is not wanted, due to its value, so take euros or turkish lira, as everywhere you go in Antalya goods are priced in these.
Overall an excellent holiday, our thanks to Cengiz Dogan at Otti travel in Kusadasi, for booking the hotel for us and for the excellent back up he gave us.

This is an excellent resort hotel with very good facilities and service. The hotel has 3 excellent pools (two very large irregular shaped ones and one rectangular shaped onewith 4 lapping lanes). The pools area is very well looked after and clean. There are plenty of pool-side resting seats as well. So no need to rush up early in the morning and throw your towel to reserve a seat. Also, the beach is very nice and sandy. The sea water is beautiful and warm. So it is a hard choice to decide between the pools and the sea. Why not alternate between them like I did to enjoy the best features for both? And the food? Yes, it is very good and plenty of choice. After indulging in with so much food for the initial day or two, I decided to go easy during lunch times and tried the light snack food available near the pools area, which was also good. The rooms were decorated with simplistic but functional furniture. It has a nice size LCD TV and a functioning A/C unit. My only complaint for the room was the pillows provided were very uncomfortable. Had a sore neck after sleeping two days on those and had to ask a replacement one. Apart from that, everything else was very good and I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a nice and relaxing holiday. (There are many five star hotels in this area and this should be high in your list).
